Overview:
Serve as one of the Business Development project leads, working with all offices. Effectively manages pitch teams/projects throughout entire pitch process, from prospecting to closure and has the ability to develop/write custom proposals.
Responsible for:
- Project management and communication with pitch teams
- Writing and developing content for proposals and RFI (Request For Information) requests for potential clients
- Financial monitoring and reporting for assigned pitches
- Management of content/updates to New Business Closet on server
- Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations based on prospective client requests and archived information as well as assisting team with PowerPoint to get deck to "final draft form"
- Development of case studies
- Track open/closed jobs
- Manages business development process for assigned pitches, acts as communications link with pitch teams, drives action to meet deadlines as stated on pitch chronology.
- Creates/writes RFI proposals based on clients questions and current challenges.
- Understands and supports strategic recommendations and creative executions to ensure final presentation is on strategy.
- Works with research and media to gather company, product and competitive intelligence and samples for pitch teams to use for competitive assessments.
- Creates JRs, and gives input for estimates and chronologies for new business initiatives. Tracks changes on chrons and pitch hours and OOPs throughout pitch process.
- Manages pitch files and saves all documents and general information in the new business closet on the server.
- Works with account coordinators in all offices to set up travel arrangements for pitch teams (flights, car service, hotel arrangements).
- Works with client teams to create brand case studies to be used in RFIs and pitch decks.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing preferred)
- At least 3-5 years of relevant agency experience at account executive level; or 5-7 years of client marketing/project management experience
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience with PowerPoint presentation creation, content development and story-telling
- Creates/writes RFI proposals based on clients questions and current challenges.
- Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals with pharmaceutical/Consumer/B2B experience

- PowerPoint Knowledge: has working knowledge on how to create PowerPoint presentations, basic layout and photo skills, works on final editing and clean-up/consistency of presentations.
- Financial Management: Tracks projects at the pitch level to control EBIT; works with team to manage costs to pitch estimate.
