Position Summary:
Oversee agency activities as assigned by supervisor.
Responsibilities of Position
- Provide effective direction to Agency team
- Function as internal team leader making sure that all members of the team work together smoothly and effectively
- Manage financial aspects of the assigned products as assigned
- Ensure that all project timetables are met
- Interface with Client at the product management level and with appropriate support departments
- Contribute to the development and implementation of product Communications Plans
- Continuously monitor the marketplace and provide updates to the Client and Agency on brand issues
- Keep supervisors aware of all issues at the Client and at the agency
- Build appropriate client relationships
- Attention to detail
- Development of key relationships with Product Managers
- Appropriate utilization of agency resources

- Qualifying for this position normally requires the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years pharmaceutical sales experience preferred and or 1-2 years agency experience or marketing services
