The role requires someone skilled at developing broad, creative concepts and thinking in multiple mediums. You will join a diverse team of passionate and creative professionals who get excited by their clients’ businesses and target audiences. Reporting to the Creative Director, Design, you’ll apply your exceptional creative skills to building and promoting great brands. And, you’ll develop concepts leveraging your deep understanding of the principles of branding and marketing.
Key requirements:
- Experienced - has at least five years of agency experience; demonstrates deep understanding of target audience needs, wants and attitudes
- Accomplished -- demonstrated skill at developing strong concepts implemented in advertising, interactive and direct media.
- Versatile -- has no single style; delivers a wide range of ideas that convey different voices, emotions and ideas
- Curious -- eager to learn clients’ markets, products and target audiences
- Convincing -- presents with clarity, ease and confidence; defends work with logic
- Passionate - loves developing ideas and concepts that support clients’ businesses and grab their target audiences
- Educated -- bachelor’s degree or higher
