Our client is a tactical medical education agency that services strategic development and implementation of long-term medical education programs for the pharmaceutical industry. Company will be relocating to North Central New Jersey in November.
Description:
Competencies:
- Knowledge of Director /Lingo programming, Flash Actionscript, and Audio / Video production, knowledge of Photoshop is essential
- Communication skills - ability to closely with design, project management, and the sales team
- Entrepreneurial sprit - willingness to assist in building the business
- High organization skills. Being able to manage more than one program with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a service environment and manage projects within an allotted budget
- Knowledge of web specific programs-using languages such as PHP, ASP, JSP, Perl and/or Python
- Experience: +5 years plus management
- Management of own timelines and workflow
- Management of freelance programmers/building network of programmers
- Build in-house programming capabilities
- Develops, presents, maintains programming elements on projects
- Understand client marketing needs and develops programs that supports the client strategy and messaging platform-promotional business
- Build in-house programming capabilities (templates)
- Management of freelancers
