Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and proficient web developer with ColdFusion and Flash remoting experience for a full-time position in our Marlton, NJ office. The candidate should be a highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Participating in designing, planning and executing new projects
- Modifying, troubleshooting and debugging existing web-based systems and sites as needed
- Completing miscellaneous programming/database tasks; pulling in additional resources as needed
- Assisting graphic designers with technical issues arising during development and integration of server-side and client-side code
- Documenting all development work through useful code commenting and other standardized procedures
- Degree in computer science, programming, other related IT major or 5-6 years related experience
- At least 2 years’ in-depth experience with Macromedia ColdFusion (MX 2004 or MX 7) and Flash MX (w/remoting and advanced action scripting)
- Excellent working knowledge of integrating and communicating between ColdFusion and Flash
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript 2.0 and ASP
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming techniques
- Basic Windows server administration
- Experience with SQL/Relational Databases (stored procedures, triggers)
- Excellent code documentation skills
- Understanding of web standards
