Description:
- Will develop and implement client promotional plans on a day to-day basis.
- Anticipate and address client needs; plans accordingly to allow sufficient time for agency to create and produce job.
- Obtain direction from client and communicates this to the account and creative team.
- Must contribute to the creative process, addresses client needs beyond what is asked for.
- Evaluate quality of creative work and measures its communication against strategy and objectives.
- Ensure that all jobs are completed on time and on budget, with high quality.
- Will develop positive client relations and contributes to long-term strategic plans.
- Must work with the team to manage accounts, write proposals, develop and manage budgets, and assist in new business development.
- Proactive identification of market, company or client/agency issues which may affect the business or branding strategies
- Internal reporting of client and project status
- Keeps senior manager fully informed of account activity, opportunities and challenges as brings them in as needed
- Follow client SOP’s
- Management of agency resources appropriate to objectives, budgets and needs
- BA/BS
- Ideal candidate is smart, committed to delivering real results and service to clients, has strong medical and agency background, preferably medical device and/or diagnostic.
- Minimum 1 year Agency or 1 year medical marketing/communications experience.
- Works well with creative and scientists and is loved by clients.
