Description:
Our client is seeking a Business Development Associate that will help their sales team drive future growth. They offer ambitious and energetic people with a desire for a career in Sales to start at the basics and learn from the best.
In addition to outstanding communication skills, the candidate must be able to:
- Candidate will report directly to the manager of Business Development & Marketing
- Work closely with Director of Client Services on major accounts. Ability to maintain their calendar and correspond with clients in their absence. This includes but is not limited to sitting in on client calls, sending on emails on their behalf, access their email when they are traveling, creating in depth proposals
- Work with our sales team to understand client requirement and translate the expressed needs into a clear proposal for services.
- Work closely with the Art Director, Technology Director, Designers, Web Developers and Programmers to conceptualize and budget projects.
- Maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
- Create and maintain sales reports.
- Write detailed sales proposals, presentations and communications
- Conduct web based research and marketing analysis
- Create internal reports to maintain organization of files
- 2-3 years of writing experience in sales or sales support capacity
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Good with numbers, Excel
- Pays very close attention to detail
- Self motivated
- Knowledge MS word and PowerPoint
- College degree
