Description:
Oversee and directly manage internal program management and creative services personnel for large scale medical education programs. Must have a thorough knowledge and proven ability in the development (project management, creative services) and implementation (project management) of medical education programs that include advisory boards, speaker training meetings, newsletters, slide kits, teleconference programs, videos, satellite symposia, CD’s, web-based slide management tools, and websites. Active involvement in proposal development, hiring and training of personnel, as well as the overall workload and resource allocation of projects across program management, creative services.
Requirements:
- The ideal individual will have 8-10 years experience executing large-scale medical education programs with a college degree in life sciences preferred.
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical education business including a thorough knowledge of AMA/ACCME, OIG, and PhRMA guidelines.
- Proven leadership abilities including excellent oral and written communications and problem-solving capabilities are required.
- Prior people management/direct report responsibilities is a must.
- Working knowledge of creative design and production elements for medical education programs is preferred.
