Description:
Experienced Account Executive needed for our Account Services Department
Primary responsibilities include:
- Project management and communication with client(s)
- Coordinating internal project teams
- Financial monitoring and reporting, and budget compliance (by project/client)
- Strategic support
- Cross-servicing opportunities
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant client experience in sales or marketing or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant agency experience
- Proficiency with all MS Office products Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Project Management: Establishes clear directions; sets stretching objectives; distributes the workload appropriately; lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner; maintains two-way dialog with others on work and results
- Planning: Accurately scopes out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects; sets objectives and goals; breaks down work into process steps; develops schedules and task/people assignments; anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks
- Communication: Communicates clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles
- Priority Setting: Spends time and the time of others on what is important; quickly zeros in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks
