Description:
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of medical education programs from inception to completion. The EPM will coordinate program specifics in conjunction with internal teams (AV, Graphic Development, Medical Writing, Editorial, Logistics, and Accreditation), while ensuring delivery of high-quality work. The EPM is responsible for budget development, maintenance and reconciliation, keeping programs on chronology, as well as providing appropriate documentation for educational accreditation records. The EPM will have frequent communication and interaction with commercial supporters and internationally renowned faculty.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in program management or coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High-level attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic atmosphere
- Some travel is required, up to 20%
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
