Description:
Overall Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for all aspects of employee time including: posting time sheets, collecting delinquent time sheets, correcting time sheets, and providing access for time sheets. This position is also responsible for accounts payable.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Properly post CME project-related invoices to appropriate cost category and issue payment by due date
- Properly classify CME nonproject-related invoices to appropriate G/L account and pay in a timely manner
- Maintain vendor files, W-9s, expense reports, and faculty honoraria and expense forms
- Maintain and organize job files through copying and filing of vendor invoices and other related job information
- Archive budget folders for closed jobs
- Sort and distribute department’s mail and prepare CME invoices for review by the project lead
- Conduct periodic searches of vendors paid through Great Plains at the request of clients
- Post weekly time sheets for employees and make time corrections as required by the project lead during job closing
- Reconcile paid time off balance for 100+ employees
- Provide access for employees to appropriate projects for time and expense tracking
- Organizational and priority management skills
- Accuracy, speed, and high attention to detail

- Trustworthy/confidential individual
- Three years accounts payable experience
- One year of high school/college accounting preferred
- Great Plains experience a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills
