Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Director of Patient Recruitment and Retention in our Clinical Trial Support Services division. This position requires extensive knowledge of clinical trials and recruitment/retention activities. You will be responsible for developing recommended recruitment and retention strategies for clinical studies in a variety of therapeutic areas. In addition, you will supervise a staff of project managers in developing and implementing patient recruitment and retention programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a BA/BS in a science-related or marketing field
- Clinical trials experience (at pharmaceutical company, CRO, or recruitment/retention agency)
- Patient recruitment and retention expertise
- Demonstrated ability to analyze clinical trial protocols (inclusion/exclusion criteria, demographics, disease prevalence)
- Strategic, innovative thinker
- Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, and track a mix of communication tactics (site-level recruitment materials, community outreach, advertising)
- Supervisory experience and ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiastic and professional attitude
