General Description:
The purpose of Account Services is to aid in the alignment of client needs with internal procedures. Regardless of individual tasks, all members of the Account Services department are responsible for client satisfaction in order to maintain/grow current and secure future relationships. Account Coordinator is an entry-level position. Account Coordinators will take a proactive, service-oriented approach to support the successful completion of client/funder projects on time and within budget under the direction of various team members.
Responsibilities:
- Internal
- Schedule internal meetings
- Ensure coordination of project specifications through internal departments
- Ensure accuracy and effective coordination/organization of project-related folders on the server
- Open and close jobs in creative manager
- Assist AAE to develop project start-up materials
- Assist AE in preparing materials for client/sponsor meetings
- Assist Account team with logistic coordination, including travel accommodations and reservations, expense reimbursement, etc.
- Research relevant product and therapeutic category to develop knowledge relevant to account(s)
- Become familiar with medical education and pharmaceutical industries and programming
- Produce weekly internal status report of assigned programs
- Schedule shipping pick up
- Attend weekly status meetings
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned
- Complete daily time entry
- External
- Schedule external meetings and conference calls
- Prepare project documentation for outside vendors with AAE direction
- 4-year degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable
