Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage clinical study patient recruitment and retention programs
- Understand the study’s recruitment and retention challenges.
- Recommend recruitment and retention strategies, tactics, and messages to achieve the study’s recruitment and retention goals.
- Supervise development and implementation of patient recruitment programs and materials, such as advertising campaigns, community outreach programs, and patient brochures.
- Supervise development and implementation of patient retention programs and materials, such as patient newsletters and websites.
- Serve as direct liaison with the study sites, supporting the efforts of the study coordinators.
- Serve as key client contact, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Ideal candidate will have both clinical trial and healthcare communication experience
- Minimum 10 years related work experience
- Patient recruitment and retention experience
- Previous supervisory experience a plus
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong strategic thinker
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask; detail oriented
- Minimum BA/BS degree
