Description:
You will be able coordinate the programs for your account(s) by accepting registrations, processing program evaluations, and speaking with participants, faculty, and sales representatives. Top-notch customer service skills are essential to success in this role, as is the ability to handle multiple programs at once. We are seeking individuals with customer service experience (1 to 2 years) and knowledge of database programs.
