Job Summary:
The Associate Account Manager’s primary role is to provide overall project support and manage overall accounts on the project and tactical level
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assists Account Directors with day-to-day responsibilities such as scheduling, travel, staff and client meetings, presentations, corporate image projection and administration tasks.
- Manages projects with supervision of Account Director and assistance from Account Coordinators including but not limited to timelines, client contact, interaction and coordination with creative, traffic, scientific services, editorial, meeting planning, on-site management, materials development and concept planning.
- Helps to assist Senior Management, as appropriate, in identifying opportunities for additional revenue including ways to service clients more cost efficiently.
- Works with Account Director and VP, Account Services to service clients to meet client goals, objectives, timelines and budgets
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years experience in a medical education company
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Superior attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some database knowledge a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel for programs if requested
- Solutions oriented
