Summary
MBA-level critical thinker develops "real world" pharmaceutical clinical trial subject enrollment client proposals; conceptualizes patient/clinician marketing strategies; analyzes back-end outcomes. Outstanding learning/earning model in a fast-paced growing company environment.
Essential Duties
- Conceptualizes and drafts client clinical trial subject enrollment proposals and presentations for new business opportunities (direct response marketing model)
- Develops budgets
- Creates competitive evaluations
- Develops timelines
- Creates process maps
- Undertakes operational analyses
- Assigns resources
- Assesses feasibility
- Undertakes market research activities to understand the needs of the pharmaceutical clients and the patient customer
- Drafts client program analysis reports
- Provides assistance to Project Managers regarding communications program optimization via refining optimal deliverable mix
- Researches, quantifies and recommends new recruitment initiatives via exploring new market segments and media programs to optimize cost-effectiveness
- Collaborates with production personnel in communication platform development and pre-testing of alternative advertising strategies
- Participates in strategic planning processes to assist in developing the organization’s overall marketing plan to target new business segments and revenue within changing environmental and competitive conditions
- Conducts research in the pharmaceutical clinical trial operational environment to determine "best practice" learnings and improve overall performance
- Contributes to Client service/management

- BS or BA. MBA preferred.
