Description:
Responsibilities:
- The Account Manager will be responsible for spearheading the strategic and tactical direction of existing major account(s) including developing and managing strong client relationships and understanding and being well-conversant about respective disease states, client products, and client message strategy.
- The Account Manager is responsible for growing and generating new business with existing clients and identifying business expansion opportunities through their client relationships.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong team leadership and communication skills and the ability to problem solve, mentor, and guide the internal team strategically and tactically.
- Financial management of all account(s) including understanding client processes and compliance guidelines as well as proactively managing account forecasting, profitability, and cash flow is key.
- Account management or product management experience
- A minimum of 3 years in medical communications, advertising, or pharmaceutical industry
