Description:
Senior Program Manager will help to secure funding for educational initiatives, as well as provide strategic planning and tactical execution of in-house educational activities. Senior Program Manager will interact regularly with commercial supporters, faculty, and internal team members to assure successful completion of high-quality educational projects on time and on budget. Position requires thorough knowledge of CME and ability to apply adult learning principles to design high-impact educational activities that result in measurable improvements in physician practice.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of healthcare communications experience
- 3+ years of medical education experience, including project management, commercial supporter and faculty interaction, and thorough knowledge of multimedia teaching methods
- Knowledge of CME rules and requirements as well as trends in CME industry
- Strong strategic planning and tactical execution skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills as well as creativity.
- Team orientation and ability to multi-task.
- Direct management experience a plus.
