- Entrepreneurial sprit - willingness to assist in building the business
- High organization skills. Being able to manage more than one program with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a service environment and manage projects within an allotted budget
- Public Speaking/Presentation Skills required
- Responsible for managing and working on content across three forms of media: Live, Traditional, and New
- Management/ direction of content and writers per project
- The creation of robust need assessments/grants that meet our CME provider/Sponsor needs
- Develops, presents, maintains content and scientific integrity of program(s)
- Understand client marketing needs and develop scientific work that supports the client strategy and messaging platform-promotional business
- 80% billable, 20% non-billable (80% time spent working on projects, CME grants, presentations, and 20% working with the Account Executives on full need assessments and/or promotional proposals)
- Manage product pipeline opportunities
