The Managed Markets group at our client, a large pharmaceutical advertising agency, is fully integrated into the entire agency; the Account Execs and Creatives that work in this group are aligned with specific brands, so their network in the agency is large. There are 20+ employees that work exclusively in the Managed Markets group each working on different brands/clients so they can share ideas and brainstorm with each other and they are equally a part of the brand teams they are assigned to so they work on a daily basis with the Account Execs and Creatives on the professional product teams in the agency as well as the clients.
As the managed markets group has grown they are now putting in place a leadership team for Managed Markets that will have 3 components, 2 are already in place.
